What this site does

OdesosGames offers free browser games for a general audience. There are no accounts, purchases, subscriptions, newsletters, comments, chat or uploads. We do not use analytics, Google Analytics or visitor-facing AI services. No advertising provider, Google ad SDK or advertising consent system is active.

Game data in your browser

Orbit Break saves progression, quests, equipment, stars, XP, scores and mute preference. Reactor Stack saves scores and a best score; its audio settings are temporary. The site saves your chosen theme and game reactions. These values stay in this browser and are not sent to an OdesosGames game-data server. Saved data does not automatically transfer to another device.

Local storage persists until overwritten or removed; there is no automatic expiry. Orbit may create an initial profile when opened. An older theme or best score may be read to preserve previous progress. Saving gameplay and preferences is separate from advertising consent. This notice does not record consent or claim that every persistent save is legally exempt from consent requirements.

Managing local data

Open “Privacy and cookie settings” in the footer, then “Clear Local Data”. Confirming removes the public games’ progression, scores, mute preference, reactions and theme, including their older theme/best-score keys. Cancel makes no change. Close other game tabs first so they cannot save an old session again. Games may recreate empty/default data when reopened.

This control leaves hidden/unlisted games’ saved data, development/test data and unrelated site data untouched. Browser site-data controls can remove all data for this origin, including those excluded saves. Clearing data or changing browsers/devices can lose progress permanently.

Website delivery and security

Your browser sends network information such as IP address, requested resource, browser details and referrer to the services delivering this site. Cloudflare provides delivery/security and the contact email routing. This release is prepared for Cloudflare Workers static-assets hosting; until that migration is completed, the public site may also be delivered through GitHub Pages behind Cloudflare. These providers can process delivery and security logs under their applicable service terms.

Cloudflare may use security cookies when protection features are triggered and may receive network error reports when response headers enable them. We do not use those mechanisms for advertising or analytics. Provider processing locations, safeguards and log retention depend on the service configuration; we do not promise an EU-only location or a fixed unverified retention period. Contact correspondence

If you email contact@odesosgames.com, the message, email address and any details you choose to provide are processed to answer and support your request. Cloudflare routes the email; email services involved in sending and receiving it also process delivery. Please do not send passwords, payment details or identity documents.

We keep correspondence only while reasonably needed to answer or support the request, and longer only where necessary for legal or security records. We rely on legitimate interests in answering enquiries, providing the site and protecting its security, where applicable; any use requiring consent must have an appropriate consent choice first.

Your applicable privacy rights

Where data-protection law applies, you may request access, correction, erasure or restriction of personal data we process, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and request portability where its legal conditions apply. If processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. Rights depend on the processing and legal conditions; we cannot retrieve browser-only progress from our servers. Contact us at the email above.

You may complain to your competent supervisory authority. In Bulgaria this is the Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP).

Future advertising and updates

Before advertising is activated, we will update this notice with the actual provider, processing, storage and regional privacy choices. Google and Playgama are not active recipients of advertising data on this release. Material changes will be reflected in the updated date and public notice.
